When I found Nervous System Work, THIS is what I started with...

Lying Relaxation is an incredible place to begin because it is simple. No complex techniques, no spiritual practice... Just lie down and be guided to let your body find real calm.

At first, I didn't notice much. But a couple weeks in and shifts were happening. My body was more relaxed, my pain and stiffness calmed down.

Want to know the biggest thing I took away? It began a process of me noticing my tension and releasing it. Tension is a funny thing because you don't always notice it. Once you notice it, you can actually do something about it. This process started me on a journey to actually releasing aches, pains, and stiffness in my body.

I created this as an entrypoint for you. And hey, it's free. Give it a go!

Guided into Real Rest

Lying Relaxation is one of the easiest forms of meditation to follow. Can you set aside 10-20 minutes every day to just let the body rest and come back to a natural state?

If you have chronic pain, are really stiff, or your nervous system needs some cooling down, then this work can change a lot for you.

The program guides you week by week into progressively deeper states of relaxation.

Commit to 1 month or 2 months

What makes this stuff work is not doing it for a couple of days or a week. It is really a long term affect that starts to bleed into your life. At least 1 month will have you noticing your tension in a big way. 2 months can start to change you on a deep level.

That commitment is left up to you with a choose your own path option.
